Each Condensed Service manual contained: |

| |
- Health and Safety section outlining hazards associated with rail vehicle operation and maintenance in the customers context.
|
|
| |
- A description of the vehicle including overall dimensions, weights, arrangement drawings and photographs.
|
|
| |
- A diagram of the vehicle showing maintenance points in conjunction with a planned preventative maintenance chart, illustrated with digital photographs, listing and describing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, 5 yearly etc inspection and maintenance requirements.

| |
- A consumables section listing customer specific manufacturer's recommended oils, greases, antifreeze/ inhibiting chemicals, filters and other routine maintenance consumables including hazard data sheets as appropriate.

|
| |
- A contingency maintenance section with first aid advice on action to be taken in the event of accidental damage from minor paint scrapes to major derailment damage.
